Excellent customer service! Small time business with a hard work ethic. Went out of their way to not only do what they said they would do but also explained each step they were doing so I understood how the process works. Very friendly and very professional. Took their time and made sure the job was done right the first time. I had three quotes from the different companies for my home I just bought and they were the second highest in price but because of their personality and professionalism on the phone and in person I felt a humble and positive attitude toward what they do. The price they gave me was still very, very good. Also after I did my walk through I found some stains that were right against the molding on the floor, which normally can’t be reached with the main cleaner. Once I pointed it out to them he went out of his way to go through each room with a smaller tool and ensured the stains were gone. Basically they weren’t going to leave until I was happy with the job which made me feel like they really care about what they do because they weren’t in a hurry to go home. I needed a late afternoon appointment and they accommodated my schedule and never seemed like they were upset or in a hurry to get done and go home. Not only do I highly recommend them but I also have my parents, my aunt and my grandmother all going to schedule appointments with them in the near future.

The carpet looks great after being cleaned. We will definitely call Suck It Up Cleaning the next time we need the carpet cleaned!

The carpet in our living room was installed before we moved in in 1992. We've had it cleaned by several different rug cleaning companies over the years we've lived here. Aaron's machine made even the heaviest traffic area look almost new again, and a few months later, it still looks good!
